Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
47150 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraud, suspicious activity, or any conduct that undermines the platform
- Providing false or misleading registration information
- Misuse of promotions or bonuses offered
- Self-suspension request for responsible gaming purposes
In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited without compensation. For closures requested by the user, eligible balances will be refunded once the review process is complete.
Limitation of Liability
47150 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or access delays.
In any circumstance, 47150's maximum liability to a user is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
